PEO Solihull - Appointment for ILR

Hi,

I am trying to book the appointment at PEO solihull for myself + 2 dependants. When I select dependents it doesn't show up any time slot available where as if i keep dependent blank it shows me lots of slot.
Not sure if I am doing something wrong or if there is anything wrong in system, Could you please help guyz. I need to book appointment with 2 dependants.

Family appointments are seperate slots and get booked as soon as they are released (especially Solihull). Start trying from 11.30pm as they are usually released at 12am, 6 weeks before the required date. This is my experience when I booked. I was told by HO helpline that the slots are released anytime between 5pm and 7am - 6 weeks before.

I had the same problem, kept trying but to no avail.

As suggested in the forum I tried booking 6 weeks in advance at midnight and it worked. I would suggest you do the same.

Appointments are released anytime during the day. I had samilar problem with 1 dependent but finaly managed to get it because i was checking it every hour. Keep checking it regularly. Best of luck

thanks guyz... did try yesterday midnight but looks their system is down from yesterday. will keep trying as suggested. hope I get one soon.

try around midnight hours with 6 weeks in advance and refresh the screen.

Not necessary (but it is good to have that because some case worker would be happy to see) and make sure all the mandatory documents. All the very best.
