re-applying tier 2 application

Post by hamrohari » Sat Sep 27, 2014 1:40 pm

I have a case where my girl friend visa(tier 2 skilled worker) is expiring on next year, however her employer's sponsorship licences was withdrawn from home office long time ago. We applied for curtailment asking for time to extend her visa. My girl friend has received a 60 days notice to apply for another visa.

If my girl friend wish to go back to our country and we want to get married with in a month, will we have any problem to apply for her dependent visa? I am skilled worker tier 2 holder as well.

Could you please reply for this soon as possible.

not a problem but she'll have to wait for her PBS dependant visa to be granted before she can return to the UK because a curtailed leave lapses on departure from the UK. Alternatively, you can marry in the UK and she can apply for PBS dependant leave from here.
