Processing time for ILR Applications ?

Dear All,

My sister is applying for Indefinite Leave to Remain on the bases of spouse of British citizen. Her dependent spouse visa was approved before the 9th July law. Her self and her husband both are in full time employment and never claimed any social services benefits.

Any idea what is the processing time of Indefinite Leave to Remain with in the UK ? Please share your experiences.

If you used same day service than you might get visa on same day and if apply by post than it might take 2 to 6 months in processing.

Thanks for your reply. Her husband work for the home office and i am not sure if they can use the premier service (same day service). Does anyone has any experience in this regard ?
