ILR - First Tier2 Employer Letter, but no employer anymore?

I hope someone can answer this and provide me the needed info please? Thanks in advance !

Question:

Letter from employer for Annual Leave

Is this a must if I have only taken annual leave and it was paid leave and I can provide the proof with the pay slips showing that?

What if an employer from the first 2 years (2009 & 2010) of the total 5 year period doesn't exist anymore? Where can this letter be then obtained from? What can an applicant provide in a situation Iike this where one employer from the past years is not there anymore?

No, it's not, so far as absences are less than 180 days per 12 month period, shouldn't be required.

Which they all are. Never been out for more than 55 days in the last 5 years. Hopefully that should be ok in that case.
