Qualifying period

Post by theprideofpak » Tue Oct 07, 2014 11:08 am

Dear admin
I received ILR on 10 years basis on 12th feb 2014, previously I was on T1G since 2010 and before that I had PSW from 2008. I was on holidays on 12th feb 2010 and came back in the UK on 23rd March 2010. When can I apply for British citizenship?
Thanks

Can I send the full passport photocopy instead of original because I may have to travel for holidays before I get the decision?
If I can't do it myself, Is it possible through NCS? Thanks

If you used NCS then yes you can retain your original passport and Home Office documents and can travel.
