Set (M) application form help

Post by pelen23 » Mon Oct 06, 2014 1:56 pm

Hi all

Just two question I need you to clearify

2.8 have you ever lived with your partner within or outside of the uk? Ye or no. We have always lived in uk so Do I need to say yes and explain ?

3.8 is your partner financially responsible for supporting anyone else , not listed in section 3

My partner sends £100 to his mother by standing order every month. Although she has a pension and salary . Does it count as supporting someone financially?? My partner has a substantial salary so it wouldn't be a problem. But would this make my application complicated.

Many thanks

Any ideas or suggestions? I have an appointment in 10 days time and I am trying to fill out the form as correctly as possible. It would be great to get some help.

1. Yes
2. Yes and give amount

It won't complicate your application.

Please don't send me PMs asking for immigration advice on posts that are on the open forum. If I haven't responded there, it's because I don't have the answer. I'm a moderator, not a legal professional.
