Hi,

I was just reading guidance notes where it states.

On the 10 year Partner route under Appendix FM of the Immigration Rules. You must complete form FLR(FP).

is it FLR(M) or FLR(FP)

See also
Chapter 08: appendix FM family members (immigration directorate instructions) > Appendix FM 1.0b: Family Life (as a Partner or Parent) and Private Life: 10- year Routes > 3. Family and Private Life Routes.

The 10 year route is for partners who do not meet the financial requirements, etc.

Or those that have children.

In most cases only those with children who meet the requirements of exception 1 tests to succeed with that application.

That's correct for all PBS dependants switching to FLR(M).
