Form SET(O) - PBS Dependant - Query

Hi,

My wife is applying for ILR on Form SET(O) as PBS Dependant and she is not wroking and is financially dependant on me.

Some quick questions on this -

1) Do we need to provide a covering letter with this application ? Do I also need to provide a covering letter saying that I support her financially ?

2) Section 5.4 - 'Does a relative or friend of you or your partner, or both of you, regularly give you money? If so how much do you receive each month?' -- My wife is financially dependant on me but I don't formally give her any money, so what should she respond against thsi section - Yes or No ? If yes, how much money shall she mentione ?

3) Section 5.6 - Does she need to fill this ? Though this seems to be relevant but what puts me in doubt is that after section 5.5 it mentions 'If you are unable to meet the appropriate rate of pay because you are on maternity, paternity or adoption leave you should answer questions 5-6, 5.7 and 5.8 . If this does not apply to you go to section 6.
