Dear, Members
My wife and son applying for visas my situation is that in 2012 p60 my income is over 30k and in 2013 p60 income is €29484 but family reunification states 30k my 2013 income is low is this going to cause problem.
And family with child required net income of 506 euros but mine last 5 payslips doesn't support the application for my child what would you says on guys. My this years gross income is 23000k until now.

Category B sponsors must have a gross income in each of the previous 2 years in excess of that applied by the Department of Social Protection in assessing eligibility for Family Income Supplement (FIS)18 and the expectation must be that this level of income will be maintained.
17.5 Declared and verified savings by the applicant or sponsor may be taken into account in assessing cases which fall short of the income thresholds set out above. (A suggested approach would be to annualise the savings as income spread over a 5-10 year period). Alternatively, a nominal income may be determined based on the amounts involved.
17.6 The FIS does not apply in cases of couples where there are no children. Therefore, a minimum level of gross income in such cases would be - €30,000. This is the minimum salary for which an employment permit would issue. Families with children would require the following net incomes per week (based on FIS):-
1 child - €506
2 children - €602 3 children - €703 4 children - €824 5 Children - €950
