Tier 2 Employer Change & Work Change

Post by Malarvizhi » Wed Oct 08, 2014 7:38 am

Hi,

I would appreciate if anyone could reply to my Query.

I under Tier 2 (General) from June 2013 and working now, and now I got a Offer from Company B with different salary and different job. What is the salary procedure? I heard changing from Tier 2(G) to same Tier 2(G) to different employer and different job means need more salary?. or Is the same salary ok to get COS or do I need more salary?

Regards
Malar

As long as the new salary is above the threshold of the SOC code with weekly working hours, you can change jobs to new employers and should not have problem with the visa processing office.
