I will be applying for RC through my EEA spouse. She is a full time student but she works part time as well. I was advised to apply stating that she is an employee rather than student as the process is easier. She works for 2 companies (both event staffing in London) and the contracts are both zero hour. She works on average 10 - 15 hours a week in total between both companies. Questions:
The family member employee section of the application online provides space for one employer information. Could we print two copies of this section allowing us to put information for both companies? We would provide contracts of employment, letters from employer and/or payslips.
Should we just apply through the student route? I'm thinking maybe her employment is not sufficient. Please shed some light on this assumption. Is there a minimum amount of hours that she must work to be considered an employee?
