ILR Eligiblity Date for Dependent

Hi Gurus,

Need your urgent help to know the eligibility date for applying ILR for my spouse. Entry clearance issued on 28 Jan 2010 whereas entered UK
on 28 Mar 2010.

Below is total absence out of country

07 June 2011 - 12 JULY 2011 - 33 days
09 Oct 2011 - 20 Feb 2012 - 134 days ( Due to Maternity)
07 Jun 2013 - 30 Jun 2013 - 29 days
3 SEPT 2014 - 23 SEPT 2014 - 19 days

when is earliest date can go for ILR PEO appointment?

What is main applicant status ?

Main applicant is in Tier 2 ICT and qualifies for ILR on after 1st Jan 2015.
