You have the UK Tier 1 Entrepreneur visa and it seems you have no clue WHY the UK provides this visa.
Coming to answer your question - both YES and NO!
First the NO part. You can't split the investment and "directly" invest your money (within the 200K) in another country outside UK under this visa. If you have extra money, then no one cares.
YES, if you can invest the entire money in your UK business first and then show an 'expense' as if you are importing something (need not be a material product, could be a service too) from China. That way you can send the money there THROUGH your UK business to China or any other country. Of course, you have to satisfy all the other requirements (2 full-time jobs for 12 months in UK) for the extension too.
For more professional advice, talk to an accountant and an import-export specialist in the UK to see how you can do that (you need to be very careful about international business law concerning UK).
