Child Benefit With MN1 Application

Hi there,

I've received ILR last week and applied for my kid's naturalization (without ILR). Can I now apply for child benefit even my kid's application is under process? My Kid's (UK born) current visa expired.

Please advise ?

Yes, as you have ILR, you can claim if you are eligible.
Char (CR001 not Casa)
