Late filling penalty and ccj on company

Hi I would really appreciate if any one can guide me on my issues:
I hAve ILR for last 1.5 years , now want to apply for naturalization. I am self employed have utr and no tax outstanding and also director of a company. There are two director altogether .But i became director in Nov 13 . The company had CCJ for late filling in 2011 before I was a director and last year the company had also late penalty . None of them are paid till to date. I am trying to settle this by installments with the debt collection agency who is dealing with this. My question will this affect my naturalization application? Pls share your opinion thanks as I want make the application ASAP.
