ILR Straight forward eligibilty

Post by kiranv5 » Fri Oct 10, 2014 12:02 pm

HI,

I have been on T1G applicant from 27/06/2010(visa stamped) I entered 21/07/2010(28) to 18/06/2012 I then made an In Country application postal on ( 18/06/2012 to 25/10/2012). I got my visa approval for 3 years extension on 25/10/2012- 25/10/2015.
Should I wait till 25/09/2015 or can i submit my ILR application on 22/07/2015. where I would complete my 5years in UK in JUNE,2015.Does postal application without visa taken into count.

Thanks in advance.
Kiran

22/07/2015 is fine. Technically, you may apply even earlier.

The earliest you can apply is 30 May, 2015

Calculation using
http://www.timeanddate.com/date/dateadd.html
27-06-2010 + 5 Years = 27-06-2015 - 28 days = 30 May, 2015

As you have entered with in the 90 days of your visa issuance.

Hope seniors will reconfirm this.
