original Passport Validity for Naturalization process ??

Hi Experts,

I completed an year after my ILR & eligible for my British Naturalization
My query is :
My original passport expires in 2 months now,
Do I need to extend my original Passport ??
or
Am i OK to use that passport for Naturalization ??

You should be fine to use, but perhaps a mod can confirm.

A valid passport is not a requirement for naturalisation and one can even apply with an expired passport. So there is no issue.
However if you have any travel requirements whilst you application is under consideration or until you obtain a British Passport, then you may wish to renew your passport.
