sponsorship application

Hi all
I am currently on tier 1 entrepreneur visa
my previous employer, dental surgery, willing to sponsor me tier 2 visa to work as a dentist in his surgery

i was going through the spnsorship licence application docs to submit for license

in table 2 of appendix a, it say if my dental surgery is registered with a giverning Body such as general dental council, there is no need to submit any documents.

so my understanding is in the application they have to mention that they are registered with the GDC and no need to send any financial statements, public liability insurance, professional liability insurance, HMRC docs

am i correct
pls let me know
