Hi guys,
1) I just want to share and ask 1 question plz.
One of my friend in manchester got a letter from homeoffice after his visa 1.4 years. In letter they mention wish u gud luck with ur business.Hope u enjoy ur business l.Can u plz make a appointment with us with in one week time.and plz bring all ur updates and business activity documents.can any one guys having a same problem like that.he is bit worried.what kind of question they will ask.

CONGRATS TO YOUR FRIEND , I THINK HE IS GETTING EXTENTION OR ILR AFTER 1 YEAR AND 4 MONTHS. HE MUST BE REALLY DOING VERY WELL IN HIS BUSINESS. NORMALLY HO DO SORT OUT THINGS LIKE THIS AT TIME OF EXTENTION WHICH IS 3 YEARS FOR NORMAL ENTREPRENEUR .

I don't know that how can they interview anyone because they are giving 3 years to establish. I have heard that one more person have received this kind of letter. I think they check from hmrc after one year. Many of my friends got visa almost 2 years ago but they haven't received any letter. Another thing is that people move all the times and if they are not sending email then how can a person receive it.

it is crazy that they have the resources for doing this rubbish, when visa apps are waiting for months/years and they dont have resources for that..

If you have provided 3 years, the applicant will turn up with a renewal application 3 years later, and that time you can check all this..

Are they sending letters or emails?
Many people move from time to time, so it may be possible that the letters never reach the visa holders.
