ILR FOR WIFE AND CHILD

DEAR All,
My husband got his ILR recently while I along with my UK born 2 years old child are in Pakistan. We are tier 1 dependents as the visa is valid till 2016.
Q. Can I along with my daughter travel back to UK on the same visa (AS TIER 1 dependents) and while staying in UK switch to the new status or we need to switch before traveling back to UK. I need urgent help.
