ILR or Second Extension

Post by varmadba » Mon Oct 13, 2014 10:38 am

Hi all,

My current visa expires in October 2015 and I couldn't decide if I need second extension or not

Entry Clearance : 2010-10-14
Arrived in UK : 2011-01-11 (After 89 days)
Visa Extension Valid Till : 2015-10-14

I entered UK after 89 days of entry Clearance and on UKBA site it says
"The period between entry clearance being issued and the applicant entering the UK may be counted toward the qualifying period, as long as it does not exceed 90 days"

I am worried of words "MAY BE COUNTED"

Do you guys think its safe to go for second extension

Your Help Is Much Appreciated

Thanks
