Help on Tier 2 General Visa (Change of Employment)

Hi,

My initial grant of leave on Tier 2 General visa is 31-01-2010
But due to a need to work on project in home I went back on 01-08-2011 and came back to UK in 01-12-2012
Extended my visa to three years on 31-01-2013 which is now valid until 10-02-2016

Currently I got a job offer with another employer with a COS for 5 years as start/end date of employment
My question am I eligible now to apply for Tier 2 General visa (change of employment) for a 5 years visa or should I only apply for 3 years Tier 2?
