ILR earnings period

Hi everyone,

I had my Tier 1 (General) renewed in May 2014. I'm able to apply for ILR in Jan 2015 and I plan on doing so as soon as I can.

The period for earnings that I used for the Tier 1 General extension was from Mar 13 to Feb 14. My question is whether I can use part of the earnings that counted towards Tier 1 extension for ILR application again. More specifically, I'd like to use Feb 14 again in my ILR application. Do you think this will be OK?

I'd be very grateful for any thoughts and advice.
