It comes in a registered post only if you are asked to produce further documents in support of your application which you must respond back within 20 days of the reciept of the letter. They always registered it to make sure you get and as a proof of delivery.
beloved is the belief that there are inherent differences in people's traits and capacities that are entirely due to their race, however defined, and that, as a consequence, justify the different treatment of those people, both socially and legally.

I got a registered post when requested for further documents and that is the only registered post samething happen to my friend too. Every case are different. I also have gone through the process. I gave my advice using my own process and experience its better you give your advice using your own process rather than quoting me wrong.

only approvals and further documents are registered.. all others are normal post. all letters from INIS with no exception are brown envelope with no sender on them, only harp and franking.
I'm officially diagnosed with INIS "processing" phobia

The department doesn't give accurate details at times,it's just better to hope and wait for their correspondence really. A friend called for an update and was told waiting for garda report, the very next morning,he got approval with request for payment and GNIB card...go figure!

it seems that there is some problem with the inis website.. there might be a possibility that the update they are trying to put on inis website has caused this problem.... The last update was on 06/10/2014 with the title "Minister Fitzgerald and UK Home Secretary launch landmark British-Irish Visa Scheme"

Hi Saad786,

I sent further documents as I also filled the old form like you did. I got my second acknowledgement yesterday (13/10/14)
Which stage are you in? Have you heard from them since you sent the answers to the questions on the 6 week absence? I think they should get back to you very soon, as it was quite fast with me.

Jonathan
