I just want to say that this email service is BS!
I emailed them after getting refused ages ago, to get all my documents back cz they didn't return them and after a week this is the stupid response I get!!! Lol what a joke!
I don't know what checks they need to still do on our documents after they have already refused us! Lol
They just send any email to anyone and that gives us some hope! I wouldn't believe everything they say in these emails!

They rejected it only because I did not submit Januarys wage slip. They even acknowledged that I sent further documentation but he said it was after the application date.

Im still going to get it reviewed and Allah swt knows best

This is a stupid stupid stupid reason to reject on ..u should definitely get that reviwed.. i can't believe they are doing this ..so Thats tHe only reason ??

@Asimkhan- yeah that is the only reason for their rejection and I think it is stupid. They said you have failed to submit January's wage slip and therefore I do not beleive that you work for XXX

I think its a real shame as there are so many people who work for legitimate companies earning a decent salary who have to go through this when there are a minority who use different means of providing wage slips without working and they get their visas.

I will be getting this reviewed but just slowly giving up

1st Application: 2nd Febuary
October (something): Refused as latest wage slip outside 28 days requirement
Documents re- submitted in Mirpur on 07/11/14
2 Visa Processed Emailed received today- 27/01/14
Waiting for RFC call...

Thank you

I emailed the documents to them and received an acknowledgment that it had been passed to the correct department and I also sent recorded delivery directly to their office. I think it is sad that THEY are okay to call people and request additional documentation but when I submitted it on my own say-so they do not acknowledge it

The guide lines says that the pay slips and bank statements shouldn't be older than 28 days. But then it also states that if any payslip or bank statement in sequence is missing then ECO will ask for that.Well in your case they didn't which is unfortunate.I am sure that after review you will have positive out come in a month or so.What was the address you send your documents to?

Salaam ... need some help plsss

In the process of preparing papers for husbands spuse visa.
My local MP is preparing my housing report - i was going to go through council but my MP is family friend and said he can do this himself. .. plus it'll be free lol
i understand all he needs to include is:

-number of people living in property
-number of rooms in house
-details of my spouse and confirming there is enough space in the property for my spouse to stay

Is there anything else he needs to include?

Thanks

AOA ,

did you apply 31 July 2014 originally? the reason i asked is because i applied exactly right after one month 31 Aug 2014 online and biometrics submission on 2nd Sept in khi but 2 weeks ago i checked with them , the update i received was :-

"i have tracked the status of your app and found that your application has not yet been assessed by an ECO". then after that all their standard reply , service level standard within 12 weeks blah blah.

I thought khi apps were faster than Mirpur and after seeing your posts and another one saying u received the update " pre-assesment has been done etc" it is surely a strong sign of short period left before you get a decision InshaAllah.

I just wish i hear back soon too :( atleast something :( i know its a long journey phew !!!!

Hi everyone,

Can someone please tell me that is it ok to use payslips in a printed-from-portal format? As the company I work for does not issue the 'stationary payroll payslip' - they just give out a printout of the payslips - is it ok to submit these?

I hope my question makes sense :)

we gave few stationary payroll slips and few printed ones and they were not signed or stamped. i have not heard back on my case yet...i believe as long as it reflects all the details like NI , employee ref no similar to original ones then its fine cz in our case my sponsor worked in a bank and they stopped issuing stationary payroll slips. Still if you want to be on the safest side , have them signed or stamped from your employer if they do !! same we did with the bank statements the latest were printed ones and bank didnt agree to stamp or signed as per their policy weird lol as they said it can be checked anywhere as its legitimate ones.

Printed payslips need to be ideally stamped and signed by a manager at the company you work at. My payslips were printed from an online portal too, I got the manager to stamp each payslip and my P60 with our company stamp and she also signed them. On the employment letter she also stated that the company only provides online payslips and that the payslips/ P60 stamped and signed by herself are authentic.

It's more important that your employer is legit and sends a proper record of you to HMRC, including your tax/ni paid. Then if that matches your payslips and bank statements, voila!

At least then, the financial problem is not yours.

Recruitment Agencies are well known to talk to people over in the tax/ni department, so be careful.

Congrats Zeeh!

@MAH_CMMG

My company only provide payslips online therefore I printed them as a legal document and I didnt have any issues with that. I did provide a document from the company confirming that they had switched to online payslips

@khan2013

Thank you- I was advised to apply again but I am just going to review it and then see- waited long enough as it is so will wait a bit longer. I emailed visaenquiries.islamabad@fco.gov.uk and they emailed me back to say that they have forwarded to the relevant department

Yep p60 is additional but if it is available always add it in. Did you email UKVI? I emailed UKVI and they said checks are being made. Have you received that reply yet?
