It could be anything you choose it to be, for example you could say; Application for an EEA-FP.

You are correct, delegation means you have entrusted or authorised your father to access your account.

second refusal for father EEA family permit

Post by sinai » Mon Nov 10, 2014 7:21 pm

hi all,
for the second time I got the refusal of FP FOR MY FATHER.
Although I provided extra documents as proof that I maintain my father. the ECO refused it.as he is not mainly dependent on me because he is getting pension
I need your advise please
its better to apply again as tourist visit? is that refusal will affect the decision on the tourist application?
or I make appeal for the refusal?

thanks for every one in the forum who can help me, or had the same situation
any opinion highly appreciated..

You were advised on this thread, and you insisted on proceeding without seeking legal assistance.

You father is highly unlikely to obtain a visitor's visa, as he will be seen as someone who will not return .

Please continue on the other thread.
