I had few queries while filling the Tier 1 general application form (main applicant & dependent).
1. Section B.10: Main Applicant
Home Office reference No.s: I haven't got any HO reference no.s except the BRP no. Do I need to leave it blank?
2. Section C.4: Dependent
Similar to above. HO reference no.s.
3. Section F: F1 & F2. Dependent
Same as above. HO reference no.s.
4. Section K7: I believe reference no. here means visa no printed in red on the vignette.
5. Section K12: Ticket booking reference no.
Is it mandatory to fill in the ticket booking reference no? Since it has been 2yrs my wife arrived in UK & we have
lost the booking reference no.

6. L5 & L16. Working Tax Credit: Not sure what these means. We've never claimed anything from HMRC except the
refunds I got from them for excess tax I paid.
