Tier 1 (General) Ext Application form queries

Hi all,

I had few queries while filling the Tier 1 general application form (main applicant & dependent).

1. Section B.10: Main Applicant
Home Office reference No.s: I haven't got any HO reference no.s except the BRP no. Do I need to leave it blank?
2. Section C.4: Dependent
Similar to above. HO reference no.s.
3. Section F: F1 & F2. Dependent
Same as above. HO reference no.s.
4. Section K7: I believe reference no. here means visa no printed in red on the vignette.
5. Section K12: Ticket booking reference no.
Is it mandatory to fill in the ticket booking reference no? Since it has been 2yrs my wife arrived in UK & we have
lost the booking reference no. :(
6. L5 & L16. Working Tax Credit: Not sure what these means. We've never claimed anything from HMRC except the
refunds I got from them for excess tax I paid. :D

What form are you looking at? There's no K7 or K12 on the Tier 1 General extension form (https://www.gov.uk/government/publicati ... -1-general).

Your "Home Office Reference Number" would have appeared on your letter granting you the initial Tier 1 General leave. Basically just put here any numbers you have from the Home Office. They could start with "PB" for a PBS reference number, or just a bunch of digits.

None of the other information on your post matches the current form. Can you look again?

Thanks for your response. Looks like you have'nt read my post carefully. I have referenced sections from main applicant's application form & dependent applicant's application form.

Main applicant form: Section B.10

Dependent form: Section C.4, F1, F2, K7, K12, L5, L16

I was specifically looking answers for those sections referenced above. See link below for dependent application form.

I didnt get any letter from HO during my initial application or during my first extension. All I got was vignette during my first application & BRP during extension.
