SET M 2 year period confirmation

Hi experts,

I have a question that am not sure of if someone could advise. Thanks.

I applied for ilr using set o form in January 14, got it on same day no problem. My wife got 2 year visa flr m because she was living with me for 1 year 8 months as tier 2 dependent so was short of 4 months for ilr.

My wife completed her two years in June 14. However it is a combination of tier 2 dependent ( 1 year 8 months as mentioned above) and 7 months as spouse of settled person.
My question is can I apply for her ILR now or whole 2 years should be as a spouse of settled person as it seems on application form set m that should be spouse of settled person for at least 2 years.

It's expensive 1500 pounds so want to be sure before going ahead. Many thanks.
