OCI / PIO

Hello everyone. I have a query regarding OCI / PIO for which i searched thouroughly but did not get specific answer.

My query is : Does being unemployed affect OCI / PIO application?

I have done extensive search and did not find anywhere that it can affect but just wanted to be sure from the vast collective knowledge of the moderators and members of this super helpful forum.
I appreciate your help. Thank you.

No, Employment is not considered as a qualification for OCI/PIO - You should be fine, It states that any person who is a employee of British Government organisation, Police or Army does not qualify for OCI.
