HSMP and FLR approved

Post by venga_pal » Fri Aug 24, 2007 2:19 pm

Hi Guys...

I am pleased to inform you all that I have recvd my stamped FLR two days ago.

I had had some ideas and information ( though confusing sometimes  ) from this forum.

I am quite happy to pass on my knowledge to other members (not the confusing part, hopefully). I already started doing it I guess.

So, do not hesitate to buzz me if you think I might be of some help.

Cheers,

venga_pal

Congratulations for the Success, hope you ll be of help.

I applied for the second time in july only to be reufused again, I am an in country applicant , I studied my MSC in the uk finished in November last year.

I scored points in all categories except in my past earnings.

reason for refusal was that my tax returns does not corroborate my payslip because the tax returns extend beyond my payslip period(tax returns covvers more than 12 months).

So i was wondering if when I reapply i need to tick the exceptional concederation and include my employee letter as well?

Please advise.

Hi there,
Thanks...

Can you please clarify whether your past-earnings were in UK?

If yes a p-60 I beleive would only cover a year.
If no,
1) Is your claimed 12 month period included in the tax returns?
2) Do you have 12 months payslips (if computer printed, signed and stamped)

If your answer is yes to the both of these points, you can explain it in your covering letter along with a letter from employer. (I dont think you need to tick the exceptional consideration)

If answer to point 1) or 2) is no... then you have to tick the exceptional consideration and attach your bank statements and a letter from your employer.

Hope this helps,

cheers,
