Child Born in UK before Parents got ILR

Hi,

My son was born in UK in Feb 2013, and me and my wife just got approved for ILR. According to rules, that I understand, my son is entitled for British Citizenship. Can anyone please help me with regards to the application form that I require to apply for his citizenship?

Also, do I only need UK Birth Certificate and both parent's BRP cards?
