COURIER NOT ACCEPTED

Hi

I sent my aplication on 9th August from India.

It reached B&A office on 14th August where they refused to accept it.

I sent it through DHL at following address :-

Border and Immigration Agency
7th Floor
Fountain Precinct
Balm Green
Sheffield
S1 2JA

Reason given by DHL :-

August 13, 2007 09:54 Leeds - UK Recipient refused delivery

I called up customer service and I came to know that courier boy got a response from B&A reception taht : --

We have not requested for this document so we can not accept it.

Could someone pls help me out about some other things which we need to take care.

Do they sign on acknowledgement receipt.

I think you need to corier to the below address:

Immigration & Nationality Directorate
Work Permits (UK) HSMP
7th floor, Fountain Percinct
Balm Green, Sheffield,
United Kingdom, S1 2JA

You may try one more time!! Mine was just received yesterday and Fee has been charged from Credit card...I sent thru fedex

Please use the correct address as mentioned in the Guidance notes. If you are not using the correct address, you may miss valuable documents.

Hi, I too send through SkyNet courier in the same address from Nepal in sep 6 and it was received by Boarder and Immigration Agency on Sep 11 at

And it was signed by P Rose in behalf of Boarder and Immigration Agency.

I have also sent my appl to same addr. Will let know when it is accepted. I guess this is the address in latest hsmp guidance (6.0v) notes. So better to follow what is there in the gudance notes.

Yes you are right. First better is to study in detail that new version.

I send document from Nepal on Sep 16,2007 and it was received by HO on Sep 10,2007.
