business premises rent as investment

Hi all,

1-Can we use business premises rent as investment from 50K? I am running my business from home, so thinking to show rent as investment.

2-Is it compulsory to invest all money (50K) at time of extension? As my business is also generating reveneue and expenditures are very less.

Yes you can use rent as your investment but in your case i think you need to apportion the rent according to rooms per house and how much portion of your room or house you are using for your business.
