PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am trying to find information on behalf of my mother. She was born in South africa but her brother and both mother and father were born in the Netherlands in dordrecht. She was born in 1958 and is in her 50s now. Can she apply for a dutch passport now and what is required ????
