.

Specifically:

The English language module for highly skilled migrants:

Keep in mind, the Dutch have some of the most stringent standards for speaking their native language in Europe, as regards immigration. You'll notice, for example, that they provide many (if not all) forms in Dutch only and will not accept them in English.

The kennis migrant program is a LOT different from the UK's HSMP.

Visit the websites which Administrator ahs mentioned, and you'll find out

Yes, I agree, the Kennis migrant program is nothing more than a glorified work permit program and certainly isn't as flexible or useful as the UK's HSMP visa.
In a few years time we'll look back on immigration control like we look back on American prohibition in the thirties - futile and counter-productive.

First of all he asked if there was something similar to the UK
It is of course not exactly the same but the Dutch followed the British lead and that is how they developed the program. Try not to split hairs.

To enter you'll need an entry clearance, in Dutch "machtiging tot voorlopig verblijf" (mvv). There is no form for this, you use the normal Schengen visa application, which is available in English.

Dutch IND has most forms and brochures in English.
Take a look here.
Once in The Netherlands you will need the fourth form mentioned under "download formulieren".

Besides, documents in English do not have to be translated, though often legalized in your home country by the Dutch embassy.
