Is the bill within date?

Is the bill within date?

My latest water bill is dated 15th October and I am going for ILR on 6th November. Is this bill ok, or should I order a fresh bill with a date even closer to 6th November. Please suggest.

Can you elaborate as to why you think your water bill is relevant to your application?

As proof of cohabitation, I am submitting all 2 years of water bills, the last water bill is dated 16th oct and I am ILR is on 6th Nov, so the last bill is ok isn't it?.
