I did a small analysis. It's not 100% but good for entertainment:)
May 76 applicants (8% approved during the 1st mnth; 32% appr during 2nd and 3rd mnths; 24% appr 4th mnth; 36% still waiting as at 05/11/14)
June 82 applicants (0% approved during the 1st mnth; 0% appr 2nd mnth; 77% appr during 3rd-4th mnths; 23% still waiting as at 05/11/14)
July 78 applicants (6% approved during 1st and 2nd mnths; 50% appr during 2nd 3rd mnths; 8% appr during 3rd-4th mnths; 38% still waiting as at 05/11/14)
August 64 applicants (5% approved during the 1st mnth; 19% appr 2nd mnth; 34% appr 3rd mnth; 42% still waiting as at 05/11/14)
September 46 applicants (9% approved during the 1st and 2nd mnths)

Looking at the trend - in the next 4 weeks about 30-50% of us will get lucky letters and the rest will be checking this forum for the couple of months more:)

I think it is a typo and should be 5 nov 2014 as he says letter dated 28th of October.

btw, for Raniya, it was typo as well. Her fees were deducted on 30th rather than 20th. Have corrected it on dashboard
