My mother was in UK this year, from 22-Jan to 27-May-2014, on six months family visitor. The end date for visa was 22-July-14.
My question is: When can she apply for her next family visitor visa, given that one can spend at most six months on family visitor visa in any twelve month period?
I believe this will be 27-Nov-14 since on this day she will have been out of UK for exactly six months, as she left UK on 27-May-14.
Will applying as soon as the six month is over, have negative effect on the decision.
People with this kind of application, please share your experience & outcome.
