ILR appointment due on 5 nov

ILR appointment due on 5 nov

Hi Everyone, My ILR appointment is due on Wednesday 5 Nov 2014. I think i have all the document in place , just confirming from you honorable people , whether i am not missing anything

Below are the document i have prepared

Annexure 1
(1) Application Form with Photograph of me and my wife attached
(2) Old passport for applicant with initial Tier 2 General visa stamped
(3) New Passport for applicant
(4) Passport for dependent
(5) BRP for applicant
(6) BRP for dependent

Annexure 2
(1) Payslips for applicant dated from Nov 2013 to Oct 2014
(2) Employment Letter Confirming Employment
(3) Employer Letter Confirming Absence
(4) P60s for last 5 Years

Annexure 3
(1) Bank statement for last 6 months from May 2014 to Oct 2014, showing salary credit for applicant (Normally paid last day of the month). This bank statement is in the joint name with my wife, I would also like to use that as a cohabitation document

Annexure 4
(1) Life In the UK pass certificate for Applicant
(2) Life in the UK pass certificate for dependent

Annexure 5
1) Degree certificate for Applicant from U.K. University showing English at B1 level as been met
(2) Degree transcript for Applicant from U.K. University showing English at B1 level as been met
(3) UKBA online calculator printout confirming degree was taught in English.
(4) IELTS certificate for dependent showing English level at B1 level has been met

Marriage Certificate

(1) Joint Tenancy Agreement dated April 2014

Annexure 7
(1) Joint Council Tax letter dated March 2014, March 2013, July 2012

Annexure 8
(1) Joint Water bill Dated April 2014, May 2013, Feb 2013

Annexure 9
(1) Joint Electricity Bill Dated Oct 2014, Aug 2014, June 2014, March 2014, Dec 2013, Oct 2013, June 2013,March 2013, Jan 2013, Oct 2012

Annexure 10
(1) Joint Lloyds bank statement dated April 2014, Jan 2014, Nov 2013, Aug 2013, May 2013, Feb 2013, Nov2012, Aug 2012

All documents look fine. Additionally take payment sheet and appointment confirmation email print out also.

You need to show 12 months bank statements if you are claiming points for 12 months (which I think you are doing as you are providing 12 months pay slips)
I am not an immigration adviser...All IMHO.

Thanks for your reply. I am on tier 2 general visa and i think claiming points is required only under tier 1 general visa.
