Dividend payment

I am applying for ILR shortly. Please advise.

Took dividends from my business account every month. Did a quick transfer of funds every month from my business account to current account.

1. On the current account description it says: "Call ref no: 340, My business account number".
It does not actually say my business company name. Will this be a problem for ILR?

2. From Jan-14 to May-14 I am showing proof of minimum salary + dividends, but for June-14 I am only showing dividends. Will this effect the application?

please advise.

Just show the dividend vouchers and meeting minutes from when the dividends were declared.

you should be fine as long as its endorsed by certified accountant with Dividend Vouchers signed by you.
