Got a Permanent Job offer

Hi,

I have a got a permanent job offer from a Consultancy company wherein I would be placed at one of their client locations.They are willing to do a Work Permit transfer also.
Is anyone doing Consultancy in a similar situation?
Should I take this offer?
Is there something to watch out?
Any experience/tips on this would be useful.

on which visa r u now?
Try a permanent offer with the client that could be the good opiton.

I am on a Work permit...for now do u think it a good option to take this offer and then try subsequently directly with the client as my current project is coming to an end.
