Hi every one. I will be grateful if some one can help me with these question.

My parents are applying for family visitor visa. I am sponsoring the visit. They will stay with us in our house . In online application

What is the cost to you personally of your trip in GBP(£)?

The total amount of money you have for this trip

The cost of your accommodation

The cost of your living expenses

i am not sure what to write in the boxes

I'm not sure what the issue with the questions is ... write the correct answers.

How much are they going to spend on the trip ... that should be easy

Total amount of money available for the trip ... well ... how much do they have?

and then 0 for the accommodation

And the living expenses - well - that'll depend on the situation.

Thanks for your reply.

I am confused and have searched forums. Every body gives a different opinion.
I don't want to give any random figures.

The back ground is I am on ILR my parents are coming to attend my convocation. They will stay with us for 2-3 weeks.

My Father is in his retired govt employee. He is currently working with a PVT company. He receive pension and monthly salary. He got saving account. My mother is his only dependent. My mother got only one foreign currency account in her name. I am the only one who deposit in her account as i don't use any other way to send money back home i have deposited twice this year one huge amounts which i have to pay to someone.

The confusion is I am sponsoring them and will be paying for everything.

It will not cost anything to them as I am paying for everything what to write her shall we write 0 or can write see info and explain it in additional notes

I am not sure whether to write my father savings account money here or my saving account moment.
In my mother application shall I attach he account but considering I am the only one who is depositing in that account this may cause confusion to entry clearance as if she is my dependent which is not true.

I am not sure how to calculate this they will be with us during all the trip and will cost them nothing as I will be bearing all the expenses. do i need to give any figure here or again explain

If you can kindly guide us as there are many ppl who are confused especially who are sponsoring their parents
