Tier 2 (ICT)Long Term Staff (March 2010) to ILR (Feb 2015)

Post by ILRSeeker2015 » Wed Nov 05, 2014 3:17 pm

Hello Everyone,
Can any expert review my questions below for correct answers.
I am seeking as accurate information as possible.

1) I came to UK on 3 year Tier 2 ICT Migrant visa granted in March 2010 from India. Got further 2 years extension in April 2013 (Got BRP card which mentions Tier 2 ICT Long Tern Leave To Remain). By the end of February 2015 I will be eligible to apply for ILR after having completed 5 years in UK. My COP is 3122 (Draughtsperson) having salary of around <moderator removed> per annum.

a) I would like to know whether can I apply for ILR on my currect COP 3122 (Draughtsperson) having salary of around <moderator removed> per annum.

b) Do I need to change my COP 3122 to some relevant SOC? If yes, what is the minimum salary requirement? and for how many months I need to to be on new SOC before applying for ILR?

DO you know any immigration solicitor in Glasgow who can assist with my application & documentation?

Your urgent assistance is much appreciated.

@Varky - Contact Elmrose Consultancy

Hi....

Got ILR successfully this week, with 10 year valid BRPs for myself & my wife.
But my child's BRP is valid only for 5 years - does anyone know this is correct.
If this is correct; do we have to make BRP renewal application with valid fee if we are not interested in citizenship?
