180 days rule

Post by cappachino » Tue Nov 04, 2014 3:09 am

Hello friends
any view on the rule which states an entrepreneur can be out of the country for 180 days.
If one receives his visa on the 17th of July how is it calculated
is it calculated January to December
April to march
or July to Aug

In my opinion it should be the last 3 years from the date you will apply for extension.
If you received Visa on 17th July 2013 then your extension will be around 17th October 2016 and if you will apply in first week of October 2016 then calculate 3 years from that date.
