Lost appeal at the Upper tribunal

Post by sky100 » Mon Nov 25, 2013 12:45 pm

Hi Everyone, I just received a notice that my appeal was dismissed at the upper tribunal. I'm thinking of making a fresh application or apply for judicial review. Please, I need advice.

@ sky100, you can submit a fresh application to save time and money if you have started trading. You can submit new application with all evidence of your trading activities and try to correct all the mistakes in your previous application.
The key to success is knowledge and hardwork, and to have faith.

You have no right to work because the section 3C ends as appeal is lost and you become an over stayer. HO accepts a fresh application as long as you over stayed for less than 28 days but your status still remains an over stayer while your new application is processed.
