Tier 2 Dependent Please Guide

Dear experts,

I am on tier 2 General visa.
I want to call my wife in this country from Pakistan.She is Pakistani nationality holder
1) is there any requirement for English language course for her if i apply her visa as tier 2 dependent
2) what is the list of documents i need to submit to UKBA for calling her here?

Please read the link below it is very helpful and gives you the information on the documents which you need to provide..

I applied for my spouse based the requirment on it in July.

No she doesn't need to prove her language ability now ( not 100% sure) But my partner had the degree taught in English so we included the documents anyway.

so can someone please confirm if wife does not have a degree taught in English.
is English language course is compulsory?
or if i could have a contact number where i can query this question from UKBA

I don't see any English language requirements for Tier 2 dependants in 319C. However, they do require it for ILR.

You should have a look at the rules yourself.
