I am filling T2G paper form for extension and I am confused with this Qeustion.

Section J - Previous addresses
This section asks you to provide details about any previous addresses you may have lived at within the last five years together with any addresses you may have lived at within Northern Ireland. You should complete all questions in this part of the form that apply to you. It is mandatory to complete Section J. If it is not complete, the application will be invalid and returned to you. J1. Have you lived at any other address in the UK within the past 5 years?

Do I have to just provide one last address where i lived as it is saying 'any previous address' or I need to copy this page and provide all the addresses i have live in the past 5 years.
