Hi,

Do we need to submit all the original
marksheets from class 10 onwards(SCC, HSC, Degree, PG) or only(Degree/
PG) certificate.

For educational qualifications, submit degree certificates, nothing more.

Also, do i need to show the proof regarding education in English language or do i need to compulsarily give ITES exam

For English language requirement, show either bachelor's degree certificate plus letter, or the IELTS.

Whats the ideal way for applying for HSMP visa.. own / consultant.

This is enterily up to U. If U r not sure whether U understand the rule than use OSIC consultant. Other U could apply yourselves.
