ILR Absence format

I am planning to apply ILR on 26-Nov-2014
I hope there's a format to put these details in order to separate Business and Personal.

Here’s my absence detail year-wise:
26-Nov-13 to 25-Nov-14 -> 0d
26-Nov-12 to 25-Nov-13 -> 48d 
26-Nov-11 to 25-Nov-12 -> 8d 
26-Nov-10 to 25-Nov-11 -> 28d 
26-Nov-09 to 25-Nov-10 -> 161d

Congrats for your successful ILR.

I would like to know the pattern of your absense in first year 26-Nov-09 to 25-Nov-10 -> 161d 

Did you first ever enter into UK on 26-Nov-2009 and then had a break? or was your qualifying period start from second entry? i.e. have you had a previous Visa? between what type of Visa you had?

Here’s my Visa Details:
Work Permit Visa
First Arrived in UK: 12-JAN-2008
Valid until: 03-JAN-2010

Tier1 [General] Migrant Visa – Applied for Same day visa
Date Of issue: 21-DEC-2009, Croydon
Valid until: 21-DEC-2012

Tier1 [General] Extension Visa – Applied through Post
Sent post on: Around 26-Sep-2012
Date Of issue: 14-FEB-2013, Croydon
Valid until: 14-MAY-2015

But I have mentioned only Tier1 details as I completed 5 years eligibility on this visa.

The first absence has split has below
03-Jan-2010 to 24-May-2010 --> TCS Handover Process and resignation
03-Oct-2010 to 22-Oct-2010 --> On Business Visit
