ILR - Questions - Please advice

Hi All,

I have a few queries regarding my ILR application as below - please can someone advice.

Initial Tier1 General visa from 03 Feb 2010 to 03 Feb 2013
Extension granted till 03 Feb 2015

1) The soonest I can apply is 28 days before which is from 01 Jan 2015 ?

2) When should I try to search for appointments is it 42 days before?

3) The appointment type will be SET(O) - right ?

4)While booking the appointment - I need to choose - category of leave applying for Tier1 General - is that correct?

5)The claim period is 12 consecutive months from the 15 months immediately before the date of application which I am looking at is Dec 2013 to Nov 2014 is that ok?

6)Bank statement requirement is - This must be the most recent statement dated no earlier than one calendar month before the date of application. How will this work in my case as the statement of Nov 2014 will be issued on 28 Nov from my bank while my application date will be 1st week of Jan 2015 - ?

7)For Calculating continuous period - how do I choose this - surely it is not based on the claim period
Assuming it is from date of application and if I do manage to get an appointment for 05 Jan 2015 this will be as below - is that right

05Jan2014 05Jan2015 54 Days
05Jan2013 05Jan2014 30 Days
05Jan2012 05Jan2013 22 Days
05Jan2011 05Jan2012 0 Days
05Jan2010 05Jan2011 24 Days

Finally What do I get for the successful application - a BRP ?

sorry my fault -with the dates


I was on a PSW visa before 03Feb 2010 so that wont count.
What would be exact date I can apply ?
